Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply:

• Cancellations/changes received more than 30 days prior to check-in: all payments are fully refundable; credit note will be issued, dates changed free of charge

• Cancellations/changes received between 30 days and 14 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rate is non-refundable and cannot be credited

• All cancellations/changes received 14 days or less prior check-in: No refund/credit available

In the event of your plans changing due to extenuating circumstances consideration will be given and contact must be made immediately to discuss.
